What should I bring?

Bring identification, vaccination records, relevant medical records, and the current version of the required USCIS form. Call before your visit for the current checklist.

Is this the same as an annual physical?

No. It is a specific examination governed by federal immigration requirements and does not replace ongoing primary care.

Can missing vaccinations be addressed?

We review the record and explain what is required. Some vaccinations or supporting tests may be completed as part of the process.
