Heal · Care
The problem cannot wait. The explanation should not be rushed.
Urgent care is for illnesses and injuries that need prompt attention but are not life-threatening. Walk in or book ahead for an examination, testing, treatment, and a clear escalation plan.
Know the line.
Urgent care is not an emergency department. Call 911 for a life-threatening emergency.

Three steps. No lost thread.
We first screen for signs that require an emergency department.
A clinician examines you and orders only the tests needed to make a safe decision.
You receive treatment, return precautions, and a follow-up plan.
What patients usually ask.
When should I choose the emergency department?
Call 911 or seek emergency care for severe chest pain, major breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, severe trauma, loss of consciousness, or another potentially life-threatening condition.
Do you have X-ray on site?
The SmartClinic locations offer on-site X-ray for appropriate injuries and symptoms. Availability can vary, so call ahead when imaging is likely.
Can I use a virtual visit?
Some low-risk concerns can begin virtually, but injuries, breathing problems, severe symptoms, and conditions requiring testing usually need an in-person visit.
