Fever, body aches, and respiratory symptoms
Minor cuts, burns, sprains, and suspected uncomplicated fractures
Painful urination, rashes, and skin infections
Symptoms that are worsening but are not an emergency

We first screen for signs that require an emergency department.

A clinician examines you and orders only the tests needed to make a safe decision.

You receive treatment, return precautions, and a follow-up plan.

What patients usually ask.

When should I choose the emergency department?

Call 911 or seek emergency care for severe chest pain, major breathing difficulty, signs of stroke, uncontrolled bleeding, severe trauma, loss of consciousness, or another potentially life-threatening condition.

Can I use a virtual visit?

Some low-risk concerns can begin virtually, but injuries, breathing problems, severe symptoms, and conditions requiring testing usually need an in-person visit.
